Decide where you are Beginning Before You begin to Get Ripped If you don’t have the ripped body of your dreams than you are either of 2 people: one. The giant guy at the gymnasium who looks great in garments but has no muscle definition when the shirt comes off. You are coaching like a bodybuilder, eating in a calorific surplus, getting stronger and bigger each week but would never win a fitness model show due to your excess subcutaneous fat and add muscle. Or, are you the thin man who thinks he’s ripped because your veins are popping out of your tank top, but have no muscle mass to support your frame.
