Flip and Grow Rich

This book taught me everything that I need to know about flipping houses. it taught me how to figure out the value of the house and how to figure out the cash flow of the property. Armando Montelongo (born in 1970, and raised in San Antonio, Texas) is the founder, president and former co-founder with his brother David, of Montelongo House Buyers which is located in San Antonio, Texas. His company is called Montelongo Worldwide Inc.
Montelongo is known for having appeared on the television show Flip This House since its second season. Along with his wife Veronica, brother David, and sister-in-law Melina, they are known as the San Antonio Team.
