What are the minumum requirements to be a Florida resident.?

I live in both michigan and florida about 50/50 each place. What am I required to do to be a florida resident and not have to pay michigan income tax?

I work from home for a company in virginia.

If you earned income in Michigan, you will be taxed on that income in Michigan. There is no way around that.
