Meyer needed an …
Meyer needed an escort because he refused to leave when thrown out. He was physically able to walk out. He chose not to. And that is why he got arrested.

Kerry is a dickhead …
Kerry is a dickhead. But he had no authority here whatsoever. He was a guest speaker. ACCENT was in charge of the forum & they threw Meyer out. And once Meyer broke the law by refusing to leave, earned his arrest.
So before you comment, you might want to get a ing clue what you are talking about.
As for jumping on the cops? Make sure a video is running when you do that, so we can watch you get shot, and the life drain from your body. Justice in action.

And if anyone did …
And if anyone did that, they’d get tasered and end up in jail too. As much as I hate John Kerry, he did nothing wrong in this instance.

“he can walk out …
“he can walk out the building by himself”, but he clearly demonstrated that he had no intention of doing so. So, yes, the escort was appropriate.

Kerry, typical …
Kerry, typical cowardly, brain-dead politician. Kerry could’ve told the taser-people to stop, but he didn’t. Kerry just kept on talking his slow, monotone, bullshit answer like nothing was going on. We gotta get mad, like that young fella was doing. Next time, help the young fella. Jump on those tasering cops, and kick the out of them.

Ok Petergriffin. …
Ok Petergriffin. Why on ing earth would you cite Tinker as saying the supreme court says anything about probiting speech. You know about what you are talking about. Tinker is a bunch of anti war students who wanted to wear arm bands. What the is wrong with this dude, quit citing a case that goes against what you said. In Tinker students were allowed to break dress code to make a political message you dumb . Cite a line from either case . Cite one ing line.

The answer is that …
The answer is that the answer is irrelevant. The moment ACCENT told Meyer to leave, he lost any right to be there, ask a question or get an answer. His right at that point was to leave, or be removed by the police.
It was his choice to force the police to remove him by force. It was his choice to be arrested, and yes, his choice to be tased. He was warned 6 times. All he had to do was stop fighting them,
And the result? Convicted.

And son, I said …
And son, I said nothing of the sort. When you have to resort to strawmen, it is just your admission that you have nothing intelligent to say.
And son, did you watch the video? How many questions? I will help you since it is obvious you are too ing stupid to do it yourself. Six. And all of the questions had already been answered, but of course a tard like you wouldn’t know that.
And at the end of the day, your opinion is irrelevant. They acted correctly.

This has nothing to …
This has nothing to do with democracy you ignorant wipe. I run a forum once a month to answer patient’s questions & we have to deal with disruptive wipes like Meyer all the time (HIV denialists, vaccine crazies).
I KNOW what the law is in this area. We don’t have to tolerate you being disruptive at all. I can throw you out the first time you break a rule, in mid syllable if I want, and it is no violation of your rights. Refuse to leave, and the officers will help you find the door.

You just don’t get …
You just don’t get it. You don’t have any right to violate forum rules and stay at the forum. They have EVERY right to throw you out the moment you break their rules. That is nothing new.
The supreme court had addressed this topic specifically in the cases Bethel & Tinker. Whether you agree with their decision or not is irrelevant. You are canadian reggie, and you don’t get a vote.

The ony failure is …
The ony failure is your education. He was thrown out for his language. If he had left when asked then he could have walked out free as a bird with no consequences. It was HIS choice to start resisting the escort to the door. HIS choice to trespass & resist arrest.
“think outside the box?” you very much. No thanks. Follow the forum rules, or get the out. When you run the forum you can let douchebags hijack YOUR forum.

haha i guess …
haha i guess democracy fails. You basically just said that when someone says something like this, the people that protect our rights drop that duty like a in sack of hammers. Example: After he stated that question, the officers just gabbed him. I think if kerry answered no, then all of this would have been avoided. Think outside the box man. Society is getting a long governmental arm shoved deep in their .

The facts are very …
The facts are very simple: The forum organizers have the right to establish & enforce rules of conduct & throw out anyone breaking their rules. Meyer broke their rules & was thrown out. He refused to leave violating several laws, and was arrested, subdued & removed by the police.
Later he was convicted. The police were found to have acted correctly, and the ACLU ran for the hills because the video proved his rights weren’t violated.

I’ll do it for him son. Supreme Court cases Bethel & Tinker. Vulgar speech & disruptive behavior in designated public forums are not protected speech. Now sit down son, you’ve been owned.
