First Coast Railroad Train

A First Coast RR train headed toward the mainland out of Fernandina Beach, Fla. on Aug. 5, 2009. A railroad worker is guarding the crossing on the other side of the train due to the crossing signals not operating. Clarity is a little fuzzy and light was scattered due to the overcast sky. FCRD is the only island-based railroad in Florida and works in coordination with CSX, which it connects to on the mainland in Yulee, Fla.
