I did community service, but I don’t know how to make them count?

I don’t really understand what you mean when you say you don’t know how to make them count. If you’re referring to the hours you’ve done, you need to pick up a time sheet from the court house where you were given community service, take it to the place you’re doing the community service, keep track of the hours.
