Baymeadows Flood and Dam Break in Douglas, GA

The lake was just back to a great level then the unthinkable happened. The dam burst…again. This lake is draining like a big bath tub. It took a couple years to fill back up after the last dam burst. Stick around toward the end of the video to see the bridge and dam. This entire body of water is about to turn into one big mud hole. This is gonna suck this summer!

Yep. Holiday beach …
Yep. Holiday beach was what it was called back in the day. I remember going there with my dad and then we started going to Crystal Lake. It’s funny but I never thought I would be living at Holiday Beach heh.

Are you guys on the lake? I’m around back near the second bridge where the canal was extended.
No problem at all. I just threw a few clips together and uploaded it. It took forever last time for the lake to fill back up. Now the weeds will return and look ugly.
